
Cancellations: Customers can cancel their subscription at any time through their online portal or by contacting support.
Refunds: Refunds are not offered once a consultation is completed or a prescription has been dispensed. If an order is still pending processing, refunds may be issued.
Pre-Authorization: Customers’ card details are securely collected during the questionnaire stage, but actual payment is processed only after provider approval.
Shipping Problems: In case of lost, damaged, or undelivered medication, Jently will reship the medication at no extra charge.
Pausing Subscriptions: Customers can pause their membership for up to 60 days without penalty.
Right to Refuse Service: Jently reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if, in the provider’s clinical judgment, treatment is not medically appropriate, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Timeframe for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order and before a prescription is issued or medication shipped.
Prescription Responsibility: Once a prescription has been issued and dispensed, Jently is not responsible if the patient chooses not to use the medication.
