Scope of Services

  • Jently offers online medical consultations, telehealth evaluations, and medication management in four key areas: Weight Loss (GLP-1 therapies), Sexual Health (ED medications), Herpes Management (Valacyclovir), and Hair Growth (Finasteride, Minoxidil, Bimatoprost).

  • Services are available only to adults aged 18+ who pass eligibility screening.

  • Prescriptions are issued only after medical evaluation by a licensed provider, based on the customer’s health profile.

Eligibility & Accuracy

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate medical history. Incomplete or false information can affect eligibility for treatment.

  • Services are not available in states/jurisdictions where Jently is not licensed to operate.

Payments & Subscriptions

  • Jently operates on a subscription-based model where medications are billed on a recurring monthly cycle.

  • By entering payment details, you authorize Jently to process recurring charges until you cancel.

  • Card details are pre-authorized at questionnaire submission but charges are finalized only after provider approval.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the portal.

  • Refunds are not available once the consultation has been completed or medications have been dispensed.

  • In cases of lost shipments or delivery issues, Jently will reship the product or issue credit.

  • Jently does not guarantee specific results, as individual responses vary.

  • Telehealth services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. Customers experiencing urgent health concerns should dial 911.

  • Jently is not liable for misuse of medications, shipment delays, or manufacturer stock shortages.
